The Stedelijk Museum is located on the Museumplein. The building already shows from the outside that the inside must be special, and it is. The museum's permanent collection includes more than 90,000 different objects however only a part of that is permanently displayed. The Stedelijk Museum is very centrally located in Amsterdam. It is therefore very easy to visit another tourist attraction on foot. What you can find from the Rijksmuseum or the Van Gogh Museum which are both located at the Museumplein and are therefore within walking distance. But Leidse Plein is just a 10-minute walk away, here you can have a nice drink and breathe Amsterdam as well.
