Currently, it is difficult to organize events. The coronacrisis is chopping up on all sides, and many event organizers are not going to try to organize anything. Fortunately, there are still a few entrepreneurs who do this and want to show that you can have a nice evening even in times of corona.

The Greanery is a pop-up restaurant in the Gashouder (Westergasfabriek) that is fully focused on sustainability. With local products and good chefs, they put a complete vegetarian menu on your table. All this while enjoying live music, DJs or background music.

Sustainable

Everything is dedicated to good service, good food and sustainable activities. With local products, they try to reduce travel time of products. They aim for zero-waste, so portions that you can eat well and don't have to be thrown away. This is for in the kitchen but also on your plate. Materials used are chosen on the basis of durability.

Covid-19

The location is fully furnished on coronaproof food. The large table is at a wide distance from each other and the guests per table are at least 1.5 meters away from each other. In the Gas Holders, walking routes are clearly indicated by stickers on the ground. Toilets are often cleaned and the staff work from different bars to avoid getting in each other's way as little as possible. When entering the location there is a sign with all the rules regarding corona.
